SHIPPING

Free shipping to the USA on all orders over $30. Your order will be sent by regular USPS mail unless otherwise selected. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed prior to being shipped.

RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICY

We want to make life better! All orders can be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact Whitney at info@staticschmatic.com to arrange for replacement. This is quick and easy.

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact Whitney at info@staticschmatic.com to arrange for a refund. Please make sure to do this within 15 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

TAXES

We are located in sunny Utah and are required to charge sales tax to all orders shipped within our state. If you live in another state, you are responsible for complying with your state's current tax laws regarding Internet sales.
